Cross&#8230;<br \/>In the church of Saint-Philippe (du Roule) where I was, there were two altars, one of the Cross, and one of the Sacred Heart. I always went to the Sacred Heart (he says elsewhere, in 1988: I took refuge in the Sacred Heart altar).<\/p><p>I said to myself: &#8220;But this cross thing is terrible. How can people accept this? It&#8217;s a scandal, it&#8217;s appalling&#8230;&#8221; And the Heart of Jesus, it&#8217;s a radiant Heart. There was no blood. It was light, fire. [&#8230;] With Him I was in peace.
